Nicole has 16 cumulative years of RN and NP experience. She has attended Salem State University and received a double bachelors degree in Biology and Nursing. Nicole started her career as an acute hospital RN doing medical/surgical nursing, orthopedics, trauma and urology. She has always had a love for aesthetics and originally obtained certification through a board certified plastic surgeon back in 2010 prior to becoming a NP. She then went back to school at SSU to obtain my masters degree and became a board certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP). Working as a hospital RN, she was always interested in all things needle related — IV’s, lines, shots/injections. As she got older, she has found an interest in all things beauty. What better way to merge your love for science, beauty and medicine than aesthetics. Nicole has worked at MGH in Boston as an NP for the last 6 years. The versatility in this role has provided her with the knowledge and confidence to expand and jump back into aesthetics. She has been training alongside her sister Deanna for the past 5 years to perfect her aesthetic practice and capitalize on all of her specialized knowledge in the aesthetic field.
Being an NP, Nicole strives to provide the best care as possible for all of her patients while also integrating wellness, preventative medicine and restoring youth. Nicole truly appreciates a good glow up with a focus on maintaining a natural aesthetic and prioritizing a patient-focused, safe approach. She wants to help you feel confident in your own skin and her goal is and always will be to make you look and feel like the best version of you!

With a distinguished career in medicine, Dr. Kesselman graduated from Yale University School of Medicine in 1989 and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His diverse background spans several medical specialties, including Aesthetics, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Infectious Disease, and Pulmonology. Dr. Kesselman’s extensive experience allows him to approach patient care with a comprehensive and holistic perspective, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy in all treatments. His passion for aesthetics, combined with his broad medical expertise, makes him uniquely qualified to oversee our medical practices and deliver the best possible care to our clients. Danielle is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a heart for both healthcare and aesthetics. For the past 6 years, Danielle has been serving as an RN in the ICU, and for 3 years prior, in the Surgical Step-Down Unit at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Nursing isn’t just a job for Danielle—it’s her passion. She is known for going above and beyond to bring a sense of normalcy and comfort to critically ill patients, often creating special "spa days" to bring some joy and relaxation into their lives. In 2023, Danielle expanded her expertise by earning her aesthetic certification, allowing her to blend her love for nursing with her passion for aesthetics.
Danielle is currently honing her skills alongside her talented sisters, Deanna and Nicole, who share her dedication to making every client look and feel their absolute best. Her background in critical care and attention to detail ensures that every client receives the highest standard of care, combining medical precision with a personal touch. Danielle is thrilled to bring her unique perspective and passion for patient care into the world of aesthetics, helping you feel as beautiful on the outside as you are on the inside.

Kerri Quinlan is a dedicated aesthetic nurse injector with a passion for helping individuals enhance their natural beauty and build confidence. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014, certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector and laser treatment specialist in early 2022. Kerri has cultivated a deep understanding of patient care and wellness throughout her career. For the past three years, Kerri has immersed herself in the field of aesthetic medicine. Under the mentorship of Plump Rx founder Deanna, she has honed her expertise, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while continuously advancing her education through specialized training and industry conferences. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of this ever-evolving field underscores her dedication to providing the highest quality care.

Caitlin has been working under and alongside Deanna at Plump Rx Medical Spa for the past 3 years. Over the years, she has attended numerous trainings and conferences in and out of the state. Here at Plump Rx, we believe education is key and strive to stay up to date.
Caitlin's passion for helping people is what led her to become a registered nurse. Her goal has always been to help others feel their absolute best. It is her mission to empower patients to feel beautiful in their own skin with individualized care and attention to enhancing their natural beauty. She strongly believes in the motto “look good, feel good.” When she's not at Plump Rx, you can find her exercising/being active, rollerblading, feeding her sweet tooth, joking around or dancing through life!

Amanda is a cosmetic nurse injector known for delivering natural, balanced results through a personalized, full-face approach. She began her journey in medical aesthetics through the Audrey Rose Institute and has continued to refine her skills through advanced trainings across the U.S. and internationally along side Deanna, learning from some of the industry’s most respected injectors. Amanda specializes in full facial rejuvenation, lip enhancement, and customized treatment planning tailored to each client’s unique features and goals. Her approach focuses on enhancing natural beauty while maintaining harmony and long-term results. Clients appreciate Amanda for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and ability to create subtle yet impactful transformations in a comfortable, welcoming environment. Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys Pilates, staying up to date on the latest aesthetic techniques, and spending time with family and friends.

Gisvel has been a Labor & Delivery RN for over 12 years and while still working per diem in the Labor & Delivery unit, she transitioned into the Thoracic ICU six years ago. Her desire to build connections with patients and improve their well-being during difficult times led her to explore the field of Aesthetics, where she has been a nurse injector for the past three years. Gisvel completed much of her training under Dr. Russo at Aesthetic Mentor and has since continued her education alongside Deanna at Plump Rx.
Her mission is to help clients feel and look their best, whether through the use of fillers, neurotoxins, or improving overall skin health. Maddie, also known as our Master Esthetician, has a true passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Having struggled with acne herself for many years, Maddie understands that skincare is not just about physical appearance, but also about emotional well-being. Her journey to becoming an esthetician was shaped by her own experiences, and she is deeply committed to helping others achieve their skin goals. After graduating from Salem State University in 2020 with a degree in non-clinical healthcare, Maddie found herself still yearning for something more. During her own battle with acne, she met an esthetician who transformed her skin—and her mindset—both physically and emotionally. This experience sparked a fire in her to pursue esthetics as a career.
In August 2022, Maddie graduated from the 900-hour program at the prestigious Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics. Since then, she has immersed herself in the world of skincare, helping men and women navigate their individual skin journeys, whether it’s dealing with aging, acne, scarring, sun damage, or other concerns. Maddie’s approach is centered on creating personalized treatment plans for each client, providing not only the tools for success but also the education to empower them on their skincare journey. Her dedication to continuous learning ensures she stays up-to-date with the latest skincare innovations and techniques. With a deep-rooted passion for both skin health and emotional well-being, Maddie strives to help her clients achieve clear, glowing, and healthy skin—while also fostering confidence and self-love along the way. Maddie is truly passionate about the treatments she offers, with a special love for running the HydraFacial machine, microneedling, and leading acne bootcamps. These treatments allow her to make a significant impact on her client's skin health and confidence.
