Tell your injector about any medications or supplements you're taking.
Eat a light snack or small meal beforehand to avoid feeling lightheaded

Be sure to skip intense workouts directly before your appointment
Drink Caffeine the morning of your appointment. Caffeine can increase sensitivity + bruising.
Do not take NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin) 24–48 hours prior unless prescribed
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment
